I am a thinker, questioner, planner, goal setter, problem solver, family man, and all-around believer in people. As a teenager in small town Ohio, I learned early that reaching higher levels of success requires becoming, building and leading from a healthy place of self-awareness. I've helped create missions, achievable strategy, social media content for brands, as well as developing nationwide outreach and local community building platforms. Through it all, I’ve discovered that no matter the job, I find success by leaning on who I am at my natural best. Each of the amazing opportunities I have allow me to understand and build my own human capital.
Now I get to share my skills and tools to help others do the same.

I am a husband, father, type 1 diabetic, and lifelong learner. I know how and when to listen, am a natural connector, and enjoy flexing my written and verbal communication muscles. My professional experience includes time as a golf professional, commercial banker, sales manager, and outsourced executive. I enjoy analyzing information at an economic level to determine the best solution that will meet the needs, desires, and outcomes for our clients, my family, and those that I chose to connect with in my community.
When I’m not working, you will find me riding a mountain bike or enjoying the outdoors with my family or drinking a coffee or beer with friends. I also serve as Treasurer on the Board of SORBA, a camp counselor at Camp Adam Fisher, and am a certified SHRM-CP HR Professional.
